First of all, a bit of blog madness has crept into 025.431: The Dewey blog. When Jonathan turned over the keys to the blog to the rest of the Dewey editors last week, none of us (including Jonathan) expected that all Jonathan's posts would mysteriously reappear with "Joan" as the author. We haven't figured out how to fix the transformed authorship, so we'll just go on record here that all posts prior to April 6, 2006, were written by Jonathan Furner.
Now a Dewey Teaser from Winton: In which novella does the following exchange take place:
"I'm going to tell you the books you need to steal," Fox says. "Author, title, and the jewelly festival number----"
"Dewey Decimal," Jeremy says. "It's actually called the Dewey Decimal number in real libraries."
