Okey-doke. I'm going to see if we can figure out how to wind up our new-fangled
electric photograph-making machine. In the meantime, here are a couple of images
of our great leader. The photo is © OCLC, but the drawing is in the public
domain, and (as I'm sure you'll agree) is perfect for use in all your multimedia
presentations about his life and work. (You were just about to make one, right?)
Oh, and there's a brief biography of Melvil Dewey available here. The bio doesn't
give you any more pix, though. Remember: it's only the Dewey blog that has the
pix.
You know, it's always hard to find graphics when you need them. Wonder if we'll see a graphic novel about Melvil soon?
